The annual Champagne Brunch is held the fourth Sunday of June. Supporting the Capital projects of the Opportunity Center, the brunch has grown every year.

Long-time supporters of the Brunch are United Supermarkets, Steve Ellenwood, ConocoPhillips, John Hunt, LampPost Liquor, Bill and Joan Valenta, and Bill and Barbara Bridwell.
