Our Services
Our Mission is to "Empower Exceptional Citizens and their Families", and we do this by providing residential, vocational, adult day, and support group services, as well as hosting an annual summer (day) camp for children with disabilities.
Residential Services
Group Homes-
Our group homes offer living arrangements for 6-8 people, who receive up to 24 hours per day of supervision, support, and training in daily living. The goal of our group homes is to give our clients the tools they need to live as independently as possible.

Community Living-
In a community living home, 1-3 individuals live in a home of their choosing within the community. Opportunity Center clients rent the homes and live just as other individuals in the community do.

In-Home Supports-
A person living in their home with family or friends can receive In-Home Support services. Opportunity Center staff provide minimal client specific care.
Adult Day Services
We provide meaningful day activities for adults with developmental disabilities in Ponca City. From arts-and-crafts, to puzzles, to music- we make sure that everyone who attends our Adult Day Program has a great time while in a comforting environment.
Vocational Services
Community Integrated Employment-
The goal of community integrated employment is to give our clients the skillset they need to become an independent worker for the company they have been matched with. This goal is met through the implementation and supervision of a job coach.

Group Employment-
A great example of group employment is the 20+ year enclave (no greater than eight people working at one job site) the Opportunity Center shares with Lindsay Manufacturing. All job activities are overseen by a job coach, and job duties may be shared.
Support Group
Our Support Group is for parents and children with disabilities. The group meets the 2nd Tuesday of every month and daycare is provided on-site during the session.
