Who we are.
Julie Grigsba
Execuive Director
Julie has been part of the Opportunity Center since 2005, initially joining as the Director of Programs and Services. She advanced to the role of Executive Director in 2007. In 2023, Julie marked three decades of experience in this domain. She particularly cherishes her specialized training in Supported Employment from Virginia Commonwealth University.
Kelly Marshall
Director of Program Development

Kelly has been a part of the Opportunity Center since 1999, initially joining as direct care staff in the group homes. Through this role, she gained a profound understanding of the needs and challenges encountered by those we serve. Kelly now oversees all intake, placement, and programming for both residential and vocational clients.
Ashley Villines
Director of Vocational Services
Ashley has been with the Opportunity Center since 2023. Ashley is a graduate of Oklahoma State University. Following college Ashley has been very active within the community while working in the animal welfare sector. Ashley has gone through extensive training specific to her current role and has been working to develop new and different ways of supporting individuals with developmental disabilities on their journey to gainful employment, including job coaching, community volunteering, individual and group placement and vocational rehabilitation.

Angela Spicer
Director Residential Services
Angela has been with the Opportunity Center since 2023. Angela previously has worked as a Case Worker in family support services as well as in the DDS division as a case manager for clients at the Opportunity Center. Angela over see's all residential programs including group homes, community living, in home supports and private pay homes.

Lisa Marshall
Director of the Adult Day Program
Lisa has been with the Opportunity Center since 2023. Prior to joining us Lisa earned two masters degrees in both Human Relations and Autism Studies, followed by a 23 year career with Effective Teaching and Learning (ETL). Lisa over see's the Adult Day Program, her team, the scheduling and implication of skill-based workshops for our clients.
