OPC BOARD of DIRECTORS
The Opportunity Center Board of Directors is made up of volunteers who are responsible for policies regarding the operation of the Opportunity Center programs and financial oversight of the organization. The Board meets the fourth Monday of each month.
KAY COUNTY COUNCIL for the OPPORTUNITY CENTER
OPPORTUNITY CENTER FOUNDATION
The Kay County Council owns all property and buildings utilized by the Opportunity Center. The Council also operates a thrift shop in Blackwell with the earnings benefiting the Center.

​The Council Board of Directors meets the third Monday of each month.
The Opportunity Center Foundation is a group of concerned business and professional people for the purpose of receiving funds through gifts, bequests, memorials, endowments, and properties. All contributions to the Foundation become a permanent and perpetual fund with only earnings and interest from the prime fund being expended. The Foundation Board of Directors meets once a year and earnings from the Foundation are paid annually to the Center to operate programs.
All three Boards work together to continue progress toward improvement and expansion of services for persons with disabilities.
Each group is a duly incorporated, 501(c)3 non-profit organization that is responsible for fundraising activities to achieve current
and long-range goals for housing, training and future growth of the Center.

We work hard together towards a common goal -- to love and support the clients of Opportunity Center, Inc.
